Q: Do I need a referral from my primary care physician to see an ENT specialist?
A: Check with your insurance company to verify if a referral is required. It is your responsibility to obtain a referral if your insurance requires it.
Q: Can I see the same doctor at either of your locations?
A: Yes. Our doctors see patients at both locations.
Q: What time should I arrive at the hospital/surgery center for my surgery?
A: Generally it is 1 ½ hours prior to your surgery time. If you are unsure, you can call the number listed on your surgery packet.
Q: What do the initials F.A.C.S after a doctor's name stand for?
A: They stand for Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Physicians with this designation represent the highest standards of the profession.
Q: If I need a prescription refill, what do I do?
A: Please call your pharmacy and request a refill. If further authorization is required, they will contact our office. Please allow 24 hours to process your request.
